CSECC Statewide Kick-Off – August 22
Nonprofit agency fair is set-up outside in direct sun.
Make arrangements to bring a pop-up tent.
Please bring your nametags as we will not be providing these.
Each nonprofit agency will be provided a 6 foot table, 2 chairs and
a tablecloth
TRONG>
• Be prepared t
o discuss volunteer opportunities and upcoming projects with guests.
• Be prepared to sign-off on agency passports with a red pen provided to you.
• We highly suggest you have an interactive component at your booth (i.e. game, wheel, trivia, etc.).
• Be prepared to bring various printed materials and give-aways for 500+ guests. Your table is open to the public at the State Capitol.
• Booths are arranged in alphabetical order.
• We recommend that the executive director and one other staff person be present at the booth.
• We are NOT providing lunch this year for guests or nonprofit representatives. Please plan on bringing or purchasing your lunch.
• At least one nonprofit agency representative must be present at their table during the hours that guests are visiting the nonprofit agency booths (see the schedule below).

Schedule
Move-in: 10 a.m.
Nonprofit Agency Fair start time: 11 a.m.
Tear-down: 1 p.m.
Loading:You can temporarily park in front of the West Steps of the Capitol to unload.
Parking: The closest parking garage is located on 10th & L Street.
Cost: $1.50 each half hour or $18.00 daily maximum charge

United Way Campaign Kick-Off – August 23
This nonprofit agency fair is reserved for United Way certified nonprofit partners.
Important Details
You will pick-up your tickets at the United Way will-call table at the Right Field gate.
Nonprofit agency fair is set-up outside in direct sun. Make arrangements to bring a pop-up tent.
Please bring your nametag as we will not be providing these.

•Each nonprofit agency will be provided a 6 foot table, 2 chairs and a tablecloth.
•You will be directed to the event area.
• Be prepared to discuss volunteer opportunities and upcoming projects with guests. There will be approximately 850 non-agency guests in attendance.
• We highly suggest you have an interactive component at your booth (i.e. game, wheel, trivia, etc.).
• Additional representatives from your agency are welcome to attend (see ticket and meal pricing on registration page).
• Agency representatives must stay at their tables during the hours that guests are visiting the agency booths (see the schedule below).

Speaking program: 5:45 – 6:05 p.m.
BBQ banquet closes: 7 p.m.
Game start time: 7:05 p.m.
Earliest tear-down: End of 1st inning
Loading
You will want to come in through the Right Field Gate. Here you will be able to get your tickets and also be escorted to the event area.

Suggested parking is in the red lot (see map)
